Spartacus Workout Sheet~!

Like the title above, I have noticed that the visitors of this blog of mine actually looking for something. And using the Google Analytics that I have installed on my website, as well as the Nuffnang ad, which was also installed on my site, I was able to monitor the traffic.

From the traffic, I found out that people found my page because they are looking for the Spartacus Workout Sheet, or Manu Bennett girlfriend.  Looks like Spartacus is a real big hit~!  For me anyway.  And as for Manu Bennett’s girlfriend, I have no idea who she is.

Therefore I have decided to go the extra mile to provide the Spartacus Workout Sheet~!

It is in the form of a PDF file after the jump.

My Health, My Fitness

From the sound of things, it looks as though I had become an advocate for Fitness First.   But I’m not, Fitness First just happens to be the nearest gym to my house.  Less than 5 minutes away from home, it is convenient and accessible for me.

Recently, I bought the Body First program, which provided me with 3 booklets , and 3 personal training sessions, of an hour each.

At first, I thought of getting the booklets first but then the booklets were out of stock, so I decided that I should just go for the personal training without the booklets, which I did.

So the personal training lasted about 3 weeks (once every week) before my sessions ended.

At every session I would work out till I was literally out of breath (unlike how I would normally train myself).   This was because the personal trainer was pushing me to my limits (I dare not do so on my own in fear of being lectured by my girlfriend and mother for overdoing my workout).  The final session definitely pushed my stamina and heart to its ultimate limits.   I was definitely starting to get dizzy, and at 1 point coughed till I felt like I wanted to puke.

That was how hard I had to push myself. I was told by the personal trainer, that overall, I am weak.   I had poor cardio, my muscle strength was low, and my stamina was low.  I have myself to blame for that, I am constantly in front of the computer without doing any form of exercise since my schooling days.

This and the fact that my mother has been calling me fat would be my motivation towards gaining my health, and my fitness back.  On top of that, I would like to get into better shape (most ideal is to get 6 packs~!) and gain a new stamina, that I had never possessed before.

This kind of 6 pack looks very normal and good~!

Real, hard earn 6 packs is the way to go~!

Not this 6 pack~!

Not this tattooed version~!

So its time to push myself on the threadmill, the rowing machine, the weight machines, free weights, and combinations of cardio and free weights.  I also kinda need to increase my flexibility for the more strenuous exercise *hints to the gf*.

With hopes and hard work, I would be able to achieve what I have set out to achieve over the next 6-8 months time.
