Lately I have been exerting myself beyond my normal limits to see how far I can go and how strong I am at my current age. Luckily for me, I am tall enough to hide the unwanted attention on certain parts of my body that I am not too proud of yet.
Because of that I am pushing myself in terms of my fitness regime. Though I no longer the Spartacus workout regime (which I think is still pretty good), I still follow some of the principles, which is to be on a circuit of exercises and therefore my workout has been continuous from after my cardio on the cross trainer to the resistance machines. I would be seen jumping from one machine to another after I had completed a set for that machine and return to it after I completed the course. Circuit exercises is to keep the heart rate going maintaining the metabolic rate throughout the workout. But I still fall out from my circuit after about an hour on the circuit.
Its tough to explain it all here as I am not able to take a video or picture of myself while I am exercising because I always been going to the gym solo. Means I have been doing my workout on my own without a partner (which has its own pros and cons). Nonetheless, I know that over exerting myself in front of the computer has to be balanced with some over exertion in the gym and I think I have accidentally pushed myself to far in terms of exertion in the gym as I seem to have hurt my left arm.
So I am taking a day off from gym before exerting myself again the next day. But I think I shall be changing my routine towards a more targeted system like a few of the body builders in the gym. I need to get some gym time before this weekend because I would be busy with an event for three days straight. A lot of learning, running, socializing, thinking, and facilitating involved this weekend. It would be a fun filled weekend.
Alright, enough ranting again..
