I am pretty amazed at how the blogging world has evolved.
Look at how much I have fallen behind in terms of blogging and how much professional blogging have became a job for many. It was far different than when it was many years back when I had just started blogging. How many years has it been since I started blogging.
If I am correct, I started blogging in the late October of 2004. I was 18 then, and my writings were simply atrocious and it still continues on till this day, but not as bad as before. My atrocity is due to the fact that I write the way I talk. A weakness that holds true to me for many years as my form of english has and will always be conversational english.
But now, after reading a few blogs (there are way too many for me to read), I am simply amazed at how much professionalism has been put into the writing. And nowadays kids and teenagers are writing even better than me. I am simply ashamed of myself. Huhuhu, nonetheless I am still amazed~!
Blogs nowadays beautifully decorated with all kinds of functions and gadgetry that I myself fall short off. It shows how much I lack behind over the past few years, and the fact that I created and abandoned several blogs are proof of my bad track record in terms of my writings.
Over the past 6 years, I have 4 blogs inclusive of this 1. My first was a blogspot, followed by a private blogspot, which I then moved onto wordpress.com (which I couldn’t get Nuffnang installed on), and finally my current self hosted wordpress.org blog.
Nowadays I see kids and teenagers writing, and taking far better pictures than myself. I am simply awed. Maybe its time to let these new age bloggers take to arms on the forefront of the blogging scenes. While I shall take my sweet time catching onto the various different blogging scenes the world has to offer.
I am ranting too much, time to go.
