Over the past few weeks, there has been a few decisions to be made and they were not easy to make. There were many factors to consider and they were tough decisions to make especially the most recent decision. But nonetheless, the decisions has been made and I am now living the consequences of my decisions at this very moment.
First and foremost, I decided to apply for jobs, which I believe has been an issue for awhile now. Of course my choices of work would not be disclosed until I have secured myself a position in those companies. Of course I am in the process, and I am hoping for the best.
Looking forward my other decision has lead me to allow some money go to waste, but also prevents me from wasting any more money. Of course this decision was much tougher, but after some discussion, I was made to realize that I might not enjoy it. So, I let it go.
As for my daily routine, I am fortunate to have found myself a Fitness First nearby my house which allows me to continue on my journey of increasing my fitness level. Of course nowadays, I began to use the cross trainer machine as my knee has been giving my some problems. Other than the cross trainer, I head to the resistance machines to train my upper body and my legs. Of course I only do 2 sets of 15 reps on each machine. I also do some sit ups to train my abs before heading to the free weights area to train my biceps, arms, and shoulders. That is my regular routine in the gym. Usually I try to time my gym time to less than 2 hours so that I could escape the parking at discounted rates.
Of course like today, I did the cross trainer for a good 17 mins before giving up and moving onto the resistance machines. Did some sit ups and leg lifts and ended with the free weights training. I was shocked that I was able to finish my workout routine in 1 and a half hours (which I usually take about an hour and forty five minutes before leaving the gym).
So decisions were made and life goes on.
